At Kastoor, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy. We ensure that your experience remains as elegant and effortless as our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Kastoor tags still attached and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
